Parts Are Stainless Steel.
Includes all the necessary parts for changing out the rubber pads that hold the drive housing in place on most electric steer / bow mounts including Riptide.
In pre-2001 Power Drives the latch pin is not used.

Very complete & easy to install, even with no instructions.
Had new kit installed in about 1/2 hour. Only problem was not knowing which way pads were installed, but found picture on internet. Very pleased.
