It's a Replacement Lead.
It's dual conductor wire with spade lugs on one end and push lugs on the other. It isn't complicated. I'll have to remove the spade lugs so I can mate the wires to a Minn Kota plug. Considering the current that these wires carry, I would have expected connectors to be soldered, but I can take care of this task. Otherwise, it's a fine replacement for the worn lead assembly I am replacing. Shipping was slow, but to expect more of the USPS is just not productive.
