Important Information on Terrova i-Pilot Models

Back in April 2022, Johnson Outdoors communicated that due to global supply chain shortages concerning common components used in manufacturing, certain non-essential components including the Bluetooth Heading Sensor and/or the i-Pilot 1.6 Bluetooth remote have been omitted from the Terrova i-Pilot & Ultrex i-Pilot models. Consumers who purchased a Terrova i-Pilot or Ultrex i-Pilot will receive a redemption coupon in the box with directions on how to redeem the omitted products.
Changes have been made since the initial communication in April, with the introduction of nine new temporary Terrova models that include the Micro Remote, only. These nine new models do not include the Heading Sensor or the i-Pilot 1.6 Bluetooth remote, these models do not qualify for the Heading Sensor Redemption, and will not have the redemption paperwork in the box. The list price of these nine models was decreased by $50 to help offset the cost of this change. Consumers who purchased any of the Micro Remote Terrova models will have the option to purchase the Heading Sensor and/or the i-Pilot 1.6 Bluetooth remote separately as an accessory if they want them.
