  Prompt service and delivery even in Alaska, and product is work just fine, packing was quite adequate for the product mailed. Thanks again to the tech at your facility that I was able to talk to and gave me good advice on what to replace. Think his name was Mike.... whoever, they were great...

  I received the motor promptly, but the box was damaged due to poor packaging. After discussing options with support staff, I quickly installed and tested the motor on the lake. So far, so good, it appears to be okay.
