working well so far, it put my old mag 10 back in action

circuit board
Physical size of board is larger than original and can't be mounted in original location. It has too be jammed under the motor. No mounting provisions are provided with new board. Replacing the board did fix the loss of short stop.

Works in older Mag 10A with work
My line on a pre 1990 Mag 10A stopped auto retreving. I purchased this board to replace the older little square potted board that came originally. Wiring is straight forward except motor lead colors did not match schematic from Cannon. My solid yellow motor lead is the negative side. The replacement board is a little larger than the original and was difficult for me to get it located where all of the components fit in the cavity. A bit of puzzle solving was involved. Works fine now.

Two thumbs-up for FISH307
This control board is listed as a replacement / substitute part for my original controller. Functionally, it is a 1-for-1 replacement however the wiring pin-out and physical form and fit was different from the original part. Further, the schematic was not shipped with the part or available on-line. I called Fish307 for technical support and received prompt and accurate mounting and wire connection information. Thank Fish307 for the great support! The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is because of the additional steps taken to install the unit.

Excellent service!
The local Cannon repair shop informed me this part was no longer available. Told me maybe I should buy a Scotty. Not the advice I was looking for. Hit the web a wouldn't you know it, found it. Reasonably priced and available.
